This compliance plate is required for all gas installations in Australia, it must be filled out by a licensed gas fitter/plumber, and is required to be
permanently marked to comply with Australian standard AS 5601 and/or AS/NZS 1596. It must be filled out by the fitter who completed the installation
and referenced to the Certificate of Compliance/Inspection number (See Compliance Book). It is attached above or beside the cylinder installation, usually
